This policy explains what data [fix]net collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the principle is simple: we collect what we need to run the graph for you, and nothing we don’t.

Data we collect

We collect three kinds of data:

  • Account data — name, email and billing details you provide.
  • Graph data — the nodes, edges and run traces you create on the platform.
  • Usage data — logs and metrics needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your data to run your graphs, bill you accurately, keep the platform secure, and support you when you ask. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the contents of your graphs to train shared models.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, email) to deliver the service. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. A current list is available on request and in the DPA.

Retention

Run history is retained according to your plan (7 to 90 days, or as configured for Enterprise). Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure, except where law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
