These terms govern your use of [fix]net. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. We’ve written them to be readable; they are still a binding agreement.
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a contract in your jurisdiction, and you may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Don’t use the graph to do harm. Specifically, you agree not to:
You own the graphs, data and content you bring. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run and store them for you. We claim no ownership of your work.
Paid plans bill in advance; node-run overage bills in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice before any price change affects you.
We aim for high availability (see status) but the service is provided “as is”. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can export your data during a 30-day window.
